Getting old

Tex is a good boy. Lately, however, he appears needier. Last Sunday he followed me around the house all day. A bit unusual as he normally is Brian's shadow.

He is still sweet to the cats and Izze.

No amount of rigging can stop Tex and his accomplice!!!

It's not like I had anything better to do!

Tex the squirrel or Tex AND the squirrel.

Rabies? Fleas?

Yes.

It's a dead prairie dog. On our deck. 

There are no and I repeat NO prairie dog colonies near our house. 

Poor prairie dog. He/she wandered into the WRONG yard. 

Tex and Izze received rabies boosters the next day. 

Need I say more? 

Spaghetti sauce on the ceiling.....

Cooking dinner last night and I reached up to grab a pan from the pot rack that hangs from our ceiling. Sure enough, there is spaghetti sauce splatters. Too bad Tex cannot lick that off, instead Brian was up there on a bar stool cleaning the splatters off the ceiling.
